Infrastructure Team Manager

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Team Manager to lead a team in a large enterprise environment (~5,000 employees). This role combines team leadership with hands-on technical work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5 infrastructure engineers
• Lead Microsoft environments: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365
• Manage VMware virtualization platforms
• Work with Azure (AWS – advantage)
• Oversee storage systems
• Collaborate with security teams and implement security requirements
• Manage vendors and cross-organizational interfaces
• Promote automation and AI-driven solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing infrastructure teams (5–10 employees)
• 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure/system experience
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (Windows, AD, M365)
• Proven experience with VMware and Azure
• Knowledge of storage systems and information security
• Experience in a large, complex organization
