About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on GTM Intelligence & RevOps Associate to help build the operational and analytical backbone of our go-to-market.
This is a broad, high-ownership role for someone who has worked in a B2B startup or fast-growing company, and is excited to build clean systems, data and processes.
The role combines two sides of the same goal: revenue operations (the systems, data, and processes that keep marketing and sales running) and go-to-market intelligence (the analysis and insights that tell us where to focus). You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to connect campaigns, pipeline, and revenue - and help the whole team make smarter, faster decisions.
What You'll Do
You'll own the data, systems, and insights that power our entire go-to-market - becoming the backbone that leadership and the GTM teams rely on to make sharper, faster decisions. It's a high-ownership role with real visibility across the company.
Day to day, you'll:
- Own our “source of truth”- CRM data integrity, lead routing, and key parts of the lead-to-revenue process - and make it something the whole company can trust.
- Take charge of the GTM tech stack and its integrations, building the clean data foundation our revenue engine runs on.
- Build dashboards and reporting that leadership lives by- pipeline health, conversion, sales velocity- and make sure the right people always see the right numbers at the right time.
- Dig into the funnel to uncover what's really driving pipeline and revenue, and translate it into sharp insights that shape leadership's decisions.
- Partner with GTM leadership on forecasting, planning, and performance analysis, bringing the data and analysis behind the company's biggest growth bets.
- Raise the bar on how the whole team uses data, tools, and processes - through clear documentation and enablement
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years in RevOps, sales/marketing operations, business analytics, BI, or a similar data-driven role.
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growing B2B company
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards
- Strong business understanding of B2B go-to-market - you understand how marketing, sales, pipeline, and revenue fit together, so your data answers the right questions.
- Able to turn complex, messy data into clear insights and recommendations that improve GTM and the sales cycle - not just dashboards
- Strong English communication and the ability to build trust across cross-functional teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable building processes from scratch
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and/or SQL
- Experience in fintech, payments, payroll, marketplaces, or other B2B SaaS- advantage
The Type of Person Who Will Succeed Here
This role is for someone who loves turning messy data and manual work into clean systems people actually trust. They should be analytical and detail-oriented, but also practical - able to move quickly from a question to an answer to a working process. They should be comfortable owning the CRM, building reports, and being the go-to person for understanding what the numbers really mean. They don't need to be told exactly what to build - they can spot where better data or process would help, and go do it. Over time, this person can grow into a broader RevOps or GTM role as the team scales.
