Red Toolbox is a leading toy and consumer products company with a growing portfolio of licensed and proprietary brands sold across major retailers in North America. We are looking for an experienced Amazon & E-Commerce Manager to lead and accelerate our online marketplace business.

The Amazon & E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for driving growth across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other online channels. This role will own marketplace strategy, content optimization, advertising, sales performance, inventory planning, and channel expansion.

• Manage and grow Amazon Seller Central business.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, profitability, and market share.
• Optimize product listings, keywords, A+ Content, and Brand Store.
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment planning.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising performance.
• Identify opportunities for new product launches and category expansion.
• Support and expand Walmart Marketplace and other e-commerce channels.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product development teams.
• Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.

• 5+ years of hands-on Amazon marketplace management experience.
• Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central.
• Proven track record of growing Amazon sales and profitability.
• Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with Walmart Marketplace is highly preferred.
• Experience in toys, consumer products, juvenile products, or housewares is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
