Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead (ETL & AI)

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead (ETL & AI) to join our team in a hybrid work model.

You will design and lead the development of scalable data pipelines, work with LLMs and GenAI, and build AI-driven solutions and agents using modern data technologies.

• Design and lead ETL and data pipeline development
• Build GenAI and LLM-based solutions, including AI agents
• Develop AI-driven workflows using K2View
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Own production systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and data quality

• 7+ years of software development experience, focused on ETL and data pipelines
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Java and SQL
• 4+ years of experience integrating REST APIs and enterprise systems
• 2+ years of experience with GenAI / LLM technologies
• 4+ years of experience with production-grade systems
• Proven experience as a technical lead in end-to-end project delivery
