Requirements

7+ years of experience in software development
3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
4+ years hands-on experience with .NET
2+ years experience with Flutter (frontend/mobile)
Strong hands-on experience with AI tools in development workflows
Excellent English communication skills – MUST
