Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• The Customer Acceptance (CA) team plays a critical role in driving customer success. The team is responsible for the full qualification and on-time delivery of KLA tools to leading semiconductor customers worldwide, including Intel, Samsung, TSMC, and others.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute tool qualification in accordance with customer specifications and acceptance criteria
• Perform comprehensive data analysis and manage large, complex datasets to support qualification decisions
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve HW, application, and quality issues
• Drive execution within predefined schedules, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and delivery commitments
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

• BA/BSc degree required; BA/ Bsc in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field – an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with JMP and Python – an advantage
• High level of English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Proven ability to work with and analyze large datasets
• Fast learner with a strong analytical mindset
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
