Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Petah Tikva for a Bookkeeper (Type 2) at NONO Group. The Bookkeeper will handle day-to-day accounting activities, including recording and reconciling financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with payroll-related processes. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking payments, updating ledgers, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry in the accounting system. The role also involves supporting monthly and annual closing activities, preparing basic financial reports for management, and maintaining organized financial documentation in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. The Bookkeeper will collaborate closely with the finance team and operational managers to provide accurate financial information that supports decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bookkeeping Type 2 certification (or equivalent) and proven experience in a similar bookkeeping or junior accounting role.
• Strong skills in recording and reconciling financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Experience working with accounting software and advanced proficiency in Excel and other Office tools.
• High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Petah Tikva, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with finance colleagues and non-finance stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local tax regulations, payroll fundamentals, and financial reporting processes is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail sectors is a plus; fluency in Hebrew and good command of English preferred.
