The Role
Taib Group is looking for an exceptional bilingual Content and Communications Manager to develop and write high-quality content for the Group and its leadership.
Working within the Group’s approved marketing, brand and communications strategy, the role translates business activity, leadership perspectives, professional expertise and social impact into clear, accurate and compelling content in English and Hebrew.
The role combines executive writing, corporate content and communications support, with a strong focus on speeches, thought leadership, articles, interviews, social media, websites, presentations and corporate materials.
Reporting and Working Structure
The role reports to the EVP responsible for the field and works under the professional direction of the VP of Marketing and Communications.
The role works closely with the family, Taib Foundation, Group executives, entities representatives, the Digital Marketing Manager and external communications partners.
Key Responsibilities
Executive and Leadership Content
· Write and edit speeches, keynote addresses, talking points, interviews, opinion articles, executive messages and briefing materials for Haim Taib and Group leadership.
· Conduct research and interviews to develop credible, substantive and accurate content.
· Adapt content to the speaker, audience, market, platform and strategic objective.
· Maintain an authentic and consistent voice aligned with the approved narrative and positioning.
Group Content and Communications
· Write and edit website pages, corporate profiles, presentations, newsletters, project materials and other Group communications.
· Develop content that clearly presents the Group’s ecosystem, value chain, areas of expertise, partnerships and impact.
· Translate complex business, economic, leadership and social-impact subjects into clear and engaging content for different audiences and international markets.
Digital and Social Content
· Develop content for the Taib Group and founder website, LinkedIn channels and other approved digital platforms.
· Write social media posts, articles, short-form content and platform-specific copy.
· Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to adapt content for relevant channels, formats and audiences.
Ecosystem and Internal Content Support
· Support selected entities across the ecosystem with content development, based on professional information and source materials provided by each entity.
· Collect relevant achievements, information and insights from Group entities and turn them into clear, well-written content.
Content Quality and Knowledge Management
· Ensure factual accuracy, editorial quality and consistency across English and Hebrew materials.
· Organize content and source materials within the Group’s approved knowledge-management systems.
· Use AI and advanced content tools responsibly to support research, drafting and workflow efficiency, while maintaining strong editorial judgment and fact-checking.
Experience and Qualifications
· At least 6 years of experience in executive writing, strategic content, journalism, corporate communications or thought leadership.
· Native-level English and excellent professional Hebrew.
· Outstanding writing, editing, research and interviewing skills.
· Proven experience writing speeches, opinion articles, interviews, executive communications, social media content and website content.
· Experience working directly with founders, senior executives or leadership teams.
· Ability to understand complex subjects and translate them into clear, intelligent and credible content.
· Strong judgment, accuracy, discretion and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple assignments, stakeholders and deadlines in an international environment.
· Experience using AI-supported research and content tools responsibly and effectively.
