Composed of an elite team of engineers, located in a central tech district (exceptionally accessible, situated immediately adjacent to both main train and light rail networks) and operating on a highly flexible hybrid model with three days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Founding AI / LLM Engineer joining as the organization's very first dedicated AI hire, establishing the foundational core for all intelligent agentic services and reporting directly to the R&D Team Lead.
• Architecting and deploying high-scale AI infrastructures from scratch, building complex LLM orchestration graphs, and defining the system's core algorithmic workflows in Python.
• Designing pioneering Agentic AI methodologies and automated CI/CD guardrails that govern how autonomous AI agents securely interact with internal codebases, manage pull requests, and orchestrate complex technical task queues.

Requirements-

• 3 years of proven professional experience operating as an AI/ML Engineer, specializing in deploying production-grade intelligent systems - Mandatory
• Deep, comprehensive understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, semantic routing, and embedding spaces - Mandatory
• Expert-level programming proficiency in Python, with a track record of building production-level backend or data applications - Mandatory
• Practical, hands-on experience or profound structural knowledge in Agentic AI frameworks (such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or advanced developer tooling like Claude Code) - Mandatory
• Strong architectural mindset with the ability to define development paradigms independently inside an early-stage startup - Mandatory
