Computer Vision Engineer

An established, highly stable Israeli DeepTech Defense company engineering state-of-the-art AI systems tailored for tactical combat environments and unmanned aerial platforms (UAVs).

Backed by secured, long-term multi-year contracts, the organization maintains strategic partnerships with top-tier defense agencies globally and consists of a seasoned team of approximately 40 elite specialists.

Located in Tel Aviv (exceptionally accessible, situated immediately adjacent to a main train line) and operating on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Senior Computer Vision & Deep Learning Algorithm Engineer taking end-to-end (E2E) ownership over the entire algorithmic lifecycle spanning theoretical research, prototyping, model training, and production-grade deployment.
• Solving complex spatial problems by blending classical Computer Vision with advanced Deep Learning techniques across domains such as Object Detection, Tracking, Sensor Fusion, Motion Analysis, SLAM, and Pose Estimation.
• Collaborating occasionally with strategic defense clients to refine operational requirements and ensure seamless real-time performance on tactical edge platforms.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a highly related scientific discipline - Mandatory
• 5+ years of proven professional experience researching and developing Computer Vision algorithms - Mandatory
• Hands-on, up-to-date professional proficiency in designing and training Deep Learning models - Mandatory
• Extensive programmatic experience utilizing deep learning frameworks, specifically PyTorch or TensorFlow - Mandatory
• Practical experience dealing with real-time multi-sensor problems (e.g., Image/Video Processing, Spatial Data, GANs, or Tracking/Motion) - Mandatory
• Security Clearance: Ability to hold or obtain an active Level 2 Israeli Security Clearance- Strictly Mandatory
