Job Description:

• Training Content Development: Writing and producing lesson plans, e-learning courses, user guides, and training materials.

• Classroom Training: Delivering courses, workshops, and training sessions in an engaging and professional manner.

• On-the-Job Training (OJT): Providing close, hands-on support to users in the field and addressing real-time challenges and questions.

• Customer Relationship Management: Gathering and mapping all training needs from the client and translating them into a practical field implementation plan.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of a military training and implementation course (such as Training Developer, Systems Implementer, ICT Instructor, etc.) and/or a civilian equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience in training (military and/or civilian) within the Information Systems domain.

• Proven experience in classroom training and field implementation in at least one project.

• Previous experience in complex training projects.
