Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Brewery Production role. The team member will support daily operations, including preparing brewing equipment, measuring and handling raw materials, and assisting with brewing, fermentation, and packaging processes. Responsibilities include monitoring production parameters, performing basic quality checks, cleaning and sanitizing tanks and work areas, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves coordinating with supervisors and colleagues to follow production schedules, reporting any issues or deviations, and helping maintain inventory of materials and supplies. The position requires physical work, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing consistent, high-quality beer.

Qualifications

• Ability to support Production Planning and follow structured production schedules.
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with brewing, packaging, and management teams.
• Attention to Quality Control, including basic testing, recording results, and reporting irregularities.
• Willingness and ability to participate in and provide Training on standard operating procedures and safety practices.
• High level of reliability, safety awareness, and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, standing, working in wet/cold environments).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment; prior experience in food and beverage production is an advantage.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in brewing, beverage production, or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
