The company is experiencing rapid growth, currently scaling into a mature enterprise of hundreds of specialists.
Operating out of two premier, highly accessible development hubs located in Tel Aviv (adjacent to main train stations) on a hybrid model with one day of remote work per week.
Position Overview-
- Principal / Senior Hardware Design Engineer taking end-to-end (E2E) architectural ownership over complex, ultra-high-performance hardware systems for cutting-edge Data Center environments.
- Designing high-density, multi-layer PCBs integrated with next-gen high-speed interconnect layouts, managing deep power delivery networks (PDN), and accounting for strict thermal limitations.
- Leading the complete product lifecycle from initial schematic topology through advanced lab bring-up, signal integrity validation, hardware-software integration, and mass-production handoff.
Requirements-
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a highly related technical discipline - Mandatory
- 8 years of professional experience in Board / Hardware Design, with a focus on high-speed digital architectures or mass-production data center infrastructure - Mandatory
- Deep technical expertise designing multi-layer PCBs featuring ultra-high-speed interfaces: PCIe Gen6, 112G/224G SerDes, retimers, and high-performance switches - Mandatory
- Hands-on production-grade proficiency with design suites, specifically OrCAD (Cadence) and Allegro - Mandatory
- Proven experience in high-power PSU design, including multi-phase power distribution, power loss calculations, and thermal modeling - Mandatory
- Solid practical background in system bring-up, validation, and debugging utilizing advanced laboratory testing and measurement equipment - Mandatory
- Proven track record collaborating with manufacturing subcontractors, layout shops, and fabrication vendors - Mandatory
