Business Project Manager

We are looking for a Business Project Manager for AEW Aircraft Programs to join the Airborne Systems Division at Israel Aerospace Industries ELTA Systems.

The position includes:

• Managing the project throughout its lifecycle, from development and production phases through customer deployment and implementation

• Monitoring project milestones and ensuring execution according to schedules and program objectives

• Leading project reviews, demonstrations, and test campaigns in Israel and abroad

• Managing subcontractors and coordinating their activities throughout the project lifecycle

• Taking overall responsibility for all project aspects, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and customer satisfaction

• Providing both managerial and system-level solutions to customer requirements and challenges

• Participating in decision-making processes across technical, organizational, professional, financial, and business domains

• Leading multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organization, working closely with System Engineering, Software, Mechanical Engineering, and Hardware teams

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, Exact Sciences, or a related field – Mandatory

• M.B.A. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management – Advantage

• At least 3 years of experience managing projects – Mandatory

• Proven skills in project planning, budget management, goal setting, and execution – Mandatory

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing matrix organizations – Mandatory

• High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory

• Experience with airborne platform projects – Advantage

• Experience working with international customers or strategic partners – Advantage

• Willingness to travel abroad as required
