Production Project Manager

A leading defense company is seeking a Production Project Manager to join a dynamic environment at the forefront of advanced technological systems.

In this role, you will:

✔ Lead production projects from initiation through execution

✔ Manage project budgets, cost control, and performance tracking

✔ Plan and monitor procurement requirements based on project needs and inventory levels

✔ Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Manufacturing teams in a multidisciplinary environment

✔ Track project progress and ensure alignment with schedules, quality standards, and cost targets

✔ Drive engineering solutions to address quality and capacity gaps throughout the production process

✔ Lead optimization and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Agile, and Kaizen methodologies

Requirements:

🔹 B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – Mandatory

🔹 At least 2 years of experience managing complex, high-tech manufacturing projects with significant budgets – Mandatory

🔹 Experience leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary projects – Mandatory

🔹 Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and Microsoft Office – Mandatory

🔹 Experience with SAP (PP/PS modules) – Significant advantage

🔹 Strong technical English skills – Advantage

🔹 Familiarity with defense systems – Advantage
