Role Description The Junior Campaign Manager role is a remote position with flexibility.
In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B growth and marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will assist with building campaign timelines, coordinating tasks with internal stakeholders, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports and insights for senior team members.
Daily responsibilities include managing campaign assets, monitoring performance dashboards, helping troubleshoot issues, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and senior campaign managers to align campaigns with client goals and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong campaign management skills, including hands-on support for Campaign Management and Campaigns from planning through execution and optimization.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder updates, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Solid Project Management capabilities to organize tasks, manage timelines, and follow up on action items in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and how campaigns contribute to lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns or workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a technology-driven environment; familiarity with marketing or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup, with strong time management and accountability.
- Experience in managing Google and LinkedIn ads.
