A leading technology company is seeking a Development Laboratory Manager.

The role includes responsibility for laboratory operations, support for development teams, and management of the engineering work environment.

What will you do?

Manage and operate signal processing and wireless communications development laboratories.
Set up and maintain test systems and engineering equipment.
Provide technical support to development teams and troubleshoot issues.
Work with various organizational interfaces such as procurement and external vendors.
Lead laboratory infrastructure, equipment, and computing-related activities.

Requirements:

Technician or B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience working in development laboratories.
Experience in setting up and operating test systems.
Familiarity with measurement and testing equipment.
Independent, service-oriented, and systems-level thinking.
