Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Medical Doctor role based in muqiebla village near afula . The Medical Doctor will provide direct patient care, including conducting medical examinations, taking patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include managing follow-up visits, adjusting treatment based on clinical findings, documenting encounters in the medical record, and coordinating care with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. The role also involves educating patients and families on diagnoses, medications, preventive care, and lifestyle recommendations. The Medical Doctor is expected to participate in case discussions, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and comply with clinical guidelines, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) and current license to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or community health setting, with strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate, timely medical documentation and using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and respect for diverse backgrounds and needs.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and make sound clinical decisions in a busy care environment.
