Senior Architectural Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architectural Designer role based in our Tel Aviv headquarters at Sarona. We are looking for designers who have experience from concept design and through design development including tendering and detailing.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven experience leading design projects.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and detailed documentation, technical coordination, and familiarity with building codes and standards.
• Advanced Drawing skills, both digital and hand-sketching, to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experience with building materials, construction methods and systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, and relevant visualization tools).
• Demonstrated experience with sustainable design principles and integration of environmental strategies into projects.
• Strong presentation skills, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment.
• Experience working on international projects and familiarity with global design standards is a plus; fluency in English required, additional languages beneficial.
