​About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and passionate Assistant Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to help oversee our extensive culinary and beverage operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the exceptional standards of our dining venues, banquets, and room service, while leading a dedicated team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

​Key Responsibilities

​Assist the F&B Manager in the daily operational management of all hotel food and beverage outlets.

​Lead, inspire, and motivate F&B team members to achieve excellence and meet departmental goals.

​Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the F&B staff to ensure a high level of professionalism and product knowledge.

​Actively monitor service quality on the floor, ensuring all guest interactions reflect a high level of service awareness.

​Manage staff schedules, handle guest feedback, and resolve operational challenges swiftly and professionally.

​Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

​Requirements

​Proven Hotel F&B Experience: Extensive background in operating and managing food and beverage systems within a hotel environment.

​Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive, motivate, and manage a diverse team of employees in a fast-paced setting.

​Training Capabilities: Proven experience in guiding, mentoring, and conducting hands-on training for staff.

​Service Excellence: Exceptional service awareness with a customer-first mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

​Flexible Availability: Full availability to work variable shifts, including a strong requirement for weekends and holidays.

​Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew and English).
