Information Systems & Project Manager

A leading construction company in Petah Tikva is looking for an experienced Information Systems & Innovation Project Manager to lead cross-organizational technology, application, BI, data and innovation projects.

The role includes end-to-end management of information systems projects, from requirements gathering and specification through development, QA, Go-Live and implementation, while working closely with business units, management, developers and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage technology and application projects across the organization, including ERP, CRM, Monday, field systems, portals and other business applications.
• Lead project planning, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, resources, risk management and delivery follow-up.
• Lead BI and data initiatives, including report specification, data modeling, dashboards and Power BI-based management tools.
• Promote innovation, automation, AI tools, API integrations and digital solutions to improve organizational processes.
• Manage change requests (CR), including business requirements, feasibility, costs, timelines, ROI and system impact.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for developers, implementers and vendors.
• Oversee system stability, performance, upgrades, user training and adoption.
• Manage external vendors, software houses and implementation partners, including SOW, SLA, deliverables and budget control.
• Work with finance, engineering, operations, marketing, sales and management teams to improve business processes and system usage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management with specialization in Information Systems / Information Systems / Computer Science – mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience managing complex information systems, technology or application projects from specification to implementation.
• Experience in real estate, construction, development, infrastructure or complex industrial companies – significant advantage.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Monday or other organizational application platforms.
• Experience with BI projects, report specification, data modeling and Power BI – significant advantage.
• Practical understanding of automation tools, APIs, integrations and AI-based tools.
• Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience working with developers, implementers, software houses and external vendors.
• Experience with SOW, SLA, deliverables tracking and budget control.
• Strong project management, communication, prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP / Agile certification – advantage.

לחברת בנייה מובילה בפתח תקווה דרוש/ה מנהל/ת פרויקטים מערכות מידע וחדשנות להובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים, אפליקטיביים, דאטה, BI וחדשנות חוצי־ארגון.

התפקיד כולל ניהול פרויקטי מערכות מידע מקצה לקצה — משלב איסוף הדרישות והאפיון, דרך פיתוח, בדיקות, עלייה לאוויר והטמעה מלאה בארגון — תוך עבודה שוטפת מול יחידות עסקיות, הנהלה, מפתחים, מיישמים וספקים חיצוניים.

תחומי אחריות:

• ניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים ואפליקטיביים בארגון, לרבות ERP, CRM, Monday, מערכות שטח, פורטלים ומערכות עסקיות נוספות.

• בניית תוכניות עבודה, מפת דרכים, לו״ז, תקציב, משאבים, ניהול סיכונים ומעקב אחר ביצוע.

• הובלת פרויקטי BI ודאטה, כולל אפיון דוחות, Data Modeling, דשבורדים וכלי ניהול מבוססי Power BI.

• קידום יוזמות חדשנות, אוטומציה, כלי AI, ממשקי API ואינטגרציות לשיפור תהליכים ארגוניים.

• ניהול בקשות לשינויים ושיפורים במערכות (CR), כולל איסוף דרישות, בחינת היתכנות, עלויות, לו״ז, ROI והשפעה על המערכות.

• תרגום צרכים עסקיים לאפיונים פונקציונליים וטכניים עבור מפתחים, מיישמים וספקים.

• אחריות על יציבות, ביצועים, שדרוגים, הדרכות והטמעת מערכות בקרב משתמשים.

• ניהול ספקים חיצוניים, בתי תוכנה ושותפי יישום, כולל הגדרת SOW, מעקב אחר תוצרים, SLA ובקרת תקציב.

• עבודה מול ממשקים פנים־ארגוניים כגון כספים, הנדסה, ביצוע, שיווק, מכירות והנהלה.

דרישות התפקיד:

• תואר ראשון בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול בהתמחות מערכות מידע / מערכות מידע / מדעי המחשב – חובה.

• ניסיון של 3–5 שנים בניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים, אפליקטיביים או מערכות מידע מורכבות, משלב האפיון ועד ההטמעה.

• ניסיון מחברות נדל״ן, בנייה, יזמות, תשתיות או חברות תעשייתיות מורכבות – יתרון משמעותי.

• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP, CRM, Monday או מערכות אפליקטיביות ארגוניות.

• ניסיון בפרויקטי BI, אפיון דוחות, Data Modeling וכלי Power BI – יתרון משמעותי.

• הבנה יישומית בכלי אוטומציה, API, אינטגרציות וכלי AI בתהליכים ארגוניים.

• יכולת גבוהה בניתוח תהליכים עסקיים ותרגום דרישות עסקיות לאפיונים פונקציונליים וטכניים.

• ניסיון בעבודה מול מפתחים, מיישמים, בתי תוכנה וספקים חיצוניים.

• ניסיון בהגדרת SOW, מעקב אחר תוצרים, עבודה מול SLA ובקרת עלויות.

• יכולות ניהול פרויקטים גבוהות, תקשורת בין־אישית מצוינת, סדר, אחריות ויכולת עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים.

• הסמכת PMP / Agile – יתרון.
