FP&A Analyst

Microbot Medical is a cutting-edge medical device endovascular robotic surgery company, seeking FP&A Analyst to join our team.

We are on a mission to redefine endovascular procedures with the LIBERTY® Endovascular Robotic System, the world’s first single use, remotely operated endovascular robotic system, currently cleared by the FDA, that enables precise vascular navigation while reducing radiation exposure and physical strain.

The peripheral endovascular space is one of the largest markets with clear unmet needs, but still with minimal penetration of robotics. LIBERTY is designed to redefine the endovascular surgical robotics marketplace by overcoming many obstacles that hinder the adoption of other robotic systems by eliminating the large capital footprint and its expenses and creating a system that is easy to use with minimal set-up time and has the potential to add value for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support the annual budgeting process, budget control, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and maintain financial forecasts and long-range planning models.
• Update and maintain budgets within the accounting and ERP systems (Priority).
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial dashboards and management reporting tools.
• Design, monitor, and analyze financial and operational KPIs.
• Generate financial reports and analyses for senior management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Israel and the U.S. to support business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, planning, and control processes.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial analysis, or controlling.
• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP.
• Experience developing and maintaining financial dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) – an advantage.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a public company environment.
• Experience supporting NASDAQ-listed or multinational organizations.
• Familiarity with U.S. reporting requirements and corporate governance practices.
