A leading high-tech company located in Be'er Sheva is seeking an experienced QA Team Leader to lead the testing activities of advanced communication systems.

Responsibilities:

Manage the QA team and take full ownership of product quality.
Lead testing processes for complex Networking systems.
Work closely with Development and Engineering teams in a challenging technological environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a Practical Engineering diploma in Electronics or Computer Science.
At least 2 years of experience managing a QA team.
Strong knowledge of Networking and Communication Protocols (L2 & L3).
Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
Proven experience in test planning, test case writing, and QA reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and excellent interpersonal skills.
