Behind every IQL program is a complex delivery engine: clients, facilitators, development teams, logistics, budgets, timelines, and many moving parts that need to come together seamlessly. This is where our PMO, Delivery & Operations team plays a critical role.

Role Description

IQL is looking for a PMO, Delivery & Operations Team Leader to lead one of our core departments and help turn complex leadership programs into clear, well-managed, high-impact experiences.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to create structure in complexity, lead people, manage portfolios, work closely with clients and internal teams, and build the systems that help great work scale.

You will lead and develop the PMO, Delivery & Operations team, own the project portfolio from planning to execution, drive operational excellence, manage budgets and resources, and create the clarity, alignment, and accountability needed to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role is ideal for a builder: someone who enjoys improving how things work, creating smart processes, leading teams through change, and turning a fast-moving environment into focused, effective execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, develop, and support a professional PMO, Delivery & Operations team
• Own the organization’s project portfolio, including priorities, timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery quality
• Partner closely with Client Managers and coordinate between clients, facilitators, development teams, and operational partners
• Take full ownership of delivery, enabling Client Managers to focus on professional and client-facing aspects
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes, methodologies, systems, automations, and cross-team collaboration
• Manage end-to-end financial accountability across project portfolios, including profitability, pricing, billing, and alignment between program development and the original proposal
• Create clarity, structure, and alignment in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
• Help transition the department from process-oriented to outcome-oriented ways of working
• Turn complex leadership programs into seamless, high-quality client experiences

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in project management, operations, and delivery in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Significant experience building and leading professional teams, project portfolios, and cross-functional processes
• Strong planning, prioritization, budgeting, organizational, and resource management capabilities
• Proven ability to lead people, create accountability, and build strong teams
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with global clients and international stakeholders — a must
• Prior experience working within large corporate environments — a significant advantage
• Ability to balance the big picture with strong attention to detail
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
• High EQ, excellent communication skills, and strong relationship-building abilities
• Positive energy, ownership, and a collaborative approach
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
