Operational Integrator - Defense Company

A leading company is looking for an Operational Integrator to join a dynamic, cross-functional operational environment.

This is a key role involving end-to-end operational coordination, production and procurement follow-up, ERP processes, supply monitoring, and ongoing work with managers, engineering, operations, and other internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

Leading operational activities for new and existing programs

Monitoring procurement, production, and customer delivery processes

Managing and coordinating ERP-based operational processes across multiple interfaces

Identifying bottlenecks and driving solutions to meet work plans and delivery targets

Working closely with managers, engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management / Industrial Management / Logistics – mandatory

At least 2 years of experience as a PMO in production or procurement, or experience in production planning / PPC – mandatory

High proficiency in Excel

Good English level

Experience working with ERP systems in an operational environment – advantage

Familiarity with logistics, production, and supply chain processes – advantage

Experience in a matrix organization – advantage

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, take initiative, and drive processes forward

Strong interpersonal skills, fast learning ability, and assertiveness
