A leading industrial and manufacturing company is seeking an Assistant Controller to join its finance team in a key and impactful role.

📍 Location: Beit Shemesh, Israel

🕘 Full-time | On-site

📈 Reporting to the Controller

🚗 Company car (Hyundai i10) or travel allowance up to ₪1,500/month

✔ Financial and operational analysis and control

✔ Cost accounting and manufacturing cost analysis

✔ Budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

✔ Inventory control and monitoring

✔ Assistance with financial reporting and management reports

✔ Cross-functional work with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Planning teams

✅ Certified CPA

✅ At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or FP&A Analyst

✅ Mandatory experience in an industrial/manufacturing company with inventory management

✅ Mandatory experience in manufacturing plants or the defense industry

✅ Strong knowledge of Priority ERP – mandatory

✅ Advanced Excel skills

✅ Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset
