AI Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist – AI Focus

A leading enterprise is seeking an experienced AI Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist to lead governance, risk management, and compliance activities for Artificial Intelligence initiatives across the organization.

This is a unique opportunity for a cybersecurity and GRC professional with a strong understanding of AI technologies to help establish and maintain a robust AI governance framework, ensuring the secure, responsible, and compliant adoption of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and maintain the organization's AI Governance framework.

Develop, update, and implement policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines for the secure and responsible use of AI technologies.

Conduct cybersecurity and risk assessments for AI-based systems, services, and business processes.

Support AI projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning and design to production deployment.

Assess risks related to AI vendors, third-party services, and external AI solutions.

Collaborate closely with Cyber Security, Legal, IT, Risk Management, and Business stakeholders.

Translate regulatory, compliance, and security requirements into practical AI governance controls.

Drive organization-wide AI risk management and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in Cybersecurity GRC, Information Security Governance, or Cyber Risk Management.

Hands-on experience writing policies, standards, security requirements, risk assessments, and governance documentation.

Strong technological understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, AI Agents, chatbots, and modern information systems.

Ability to assess and manage AI-related risks from both cybersecurity and compliance perspectives.

Familiarity with security and regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and related standards.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Ability to build and lead a dedicated AI GRC function within a complex enterprise environment.
