Marketing Manager - Real Estate - New Development

We're looking for a sharp, performance-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for Real Estate New Developments, Driving Yad2’s end-to-end solution for new residential developments, from lifecycle strategy and branding to advertising and sales.

What You will be doing?

• Build and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by positioning our product innovation and value proposition to real estate developers (B2B), while simultaneously executing high-converting marketing campaigns for the residential projects to buyers (B2C)
• Lead a performance-oriented operation focused on delivering high-quality leads to our customers
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, CRM)
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
• Drive product–marketing alignment - define positioning, messaging, value propositions and go-to-market plans
• Evaluate and shape creative concepts while ensuring high-quality execution
• Develop user journeys, generate insights and optimize the customer experience
• Ensure full synchronization with marketing Shared Services teams to create a unified and effective marketing language
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align business goals
• Lead retention, monetization, and engagement initiatives
• Manage agencies, budgets, and performance metrics with full accountability
• Conduct market research, map competitive landscapes, and identify strategic growth opportunities

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience specifically within the Real Estate industry
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and strong attention to detail
• Strong experience managing growth funnels, leads, and performance KPIs
• Creative mindset with the ability to evaluate and guide strong creative output
• Experience working closely with product teams
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills
• Familiarity with UX, funnels, CRM - strong advantage
