Job Description

A leading defense company in Central Israel is seeking a System & Integration Engineer to join advanced ground systems projects in a highly secure and technological environment.

The role involves administration, maintenance, and integration of IT infrastructures and operational systems, working with Windows and Linux environments, managing Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, and Group Policies, implementing system hardening according to cybersecurity requirements, software deployment and patch management using WSUS and SCCM, system integration and testing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, working with test and measurement equipment, reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings, and writing technical requirements and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure, or Integration roles.

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 services.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user/access management.

• Experience working in On-Premises environments.

• Experience implementing system hardening and security best practices.

• Experience with WSUS and/or SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).

• Experience with Linux systems – an advantage.

• Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.

• Experience working with test and measurement equipment.

• Experience writing technical documentation, requirements documents, and test procedures.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field – an advantage.

• Experience in defense organizations or secure/air-gapped environments – a significant advantage.

• Active security clearance – an advantage.
