What You'll Do

• Build and scale highly secure backend systems trusted to manage billions of dollars in digital assets.
• Own core services spanning user management, account lifecycle, and policy enforcement.
• Design and develop microservices and APIs that power Fordefi's platform.
• Integrate with leading crypto exchanges, blockchain networks, and external service providers.
• Collaborate closely with product, security, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong experience designing and building distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Go and/or Python (advantage).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
