About The Role

Pagaya is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and multitasking individual to join our team as a Procurement Manager. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented professional with a passion for efficiency and team management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team and managing all procurement activities. This includes developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, and coordinating with internal teams to meet their needs. Utilizing our best-in-class systems, you will support the entire procure-to-pay (P2P) process on a global scale. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver the lowest total cost, reduce procurement expenses, and maximize the company's ability to execute its plans.

Responsibilitie

• Manage the procurement department fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Monitor Procurement’s KPIs and team development.
• Lead procurement as a strategic business lever. Develop and execute category strategies, optimizations and negotiations that directly enable company growth and savings for Israel and US sites.
• Identify and capture cost saving opportunities and optimizations without sacrificing speed, quality, or the team's ability to innovate.
• Own the negotiation strategy for our most critical category: Technology. Lead complex agreements for SaaS, enterprise licensing, and cloud services.
• Collaborate deeply with Finance, IT, BizApps, Engineering and Legal to ensure procurement decisions are synced with Pagaya’s innovation agenda and company priorities.
• Establish and maintain top-tier relationships with global vendors. Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing service levels to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Oversee the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay process within our procurement tools, ensuring consistent process adherence and an efficient purchasing experience for all internal stakeholders.
• Maintain global procurement policies and procedures that reflect our fast paced, high integrity environment.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement roles, with a proven track record in leadership and team management positions.
• Deep experience in technological procurement within the Tech, SaaS, or Fintech industries is a must.
• Direct experience with marketplace and cloud infrastructure partners (AWS, GCP, and Azure). You must understand committed spend programs, enterprise discount structures, and co-sell/reseller arrangements.
• Expert-level ability to negotiate complex software, technology and other categories contracts.
• Hands-on experience with modern procurement and ERP platforms (preferably Zip and NetSuite) and a strong understanding of automated P2P workflows.
• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• Ability to navigate and lead across different time zones and cultures (US/Israel) with exceptional communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities including excel, AI tools
