Workfully is looking for an experienced Freelance Technical Recruiter to support an active hiring project. This engagement is ideal for recruiters who have experience identifying and attracting highly skilled technical talent and who understand the unique dynamics of the local technology ecosystem.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, manage recruitment processes independently, and build strong candidate pipelines for specialist technology roles.

What you'll be working on

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions
• Sourcing and engaging passive candidates across the local market
• Conducting screening interviews and candidate assessments
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines
• Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Managing candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and recruitment teams

What we're looking for

• Previous experience recruiting within the local market
• Experience hiring software engineering, AI, data, product or other technical profiles
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
• Ability to manage recruitment projects independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hebrew language skills are advantageous but not required
