QA & Automation Lead

FinBot, part of Guideline group (traded on the Tel Aviv stock exchange), is a FinTech solution designed to assist accountants and tav experts in improving and simplifying their day-to-day processes.

FinBot is the leading FinTech accounting manager solution in Israel. We provide an end-to-end B2B solution for Accountant Firms. Our SAAS solution offers the CPA the automation of complex processes, including Income invoices, Expense management, Tax payment, Tax Reports, Automatic (OCR) invoice processing, and much more, covering all aspects of financial management.

We're looking for a QA & Automation Lead to take ownership of our quality strategy, lead testing efforts across the organization, and build a robust automation framework that supports our continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and own the QA function across the company
• Define and implement QA methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks
• Drive test automation initiatives and increase automation coverage
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Support, and Business teams
• Ensure release readiness and maintain high product quality standards
• Introduce innovative tools and AI-driven approaches to improve QA efficiency
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in Software QA
• 2+ years of experience leading QA initiatives or managing QA teams
• Hands-on experience developing automated tests for web applications
• Experience with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Strong API testing experience
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
• Experience working in cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  
  

• Experience in SaaS environments
• Experience in FinTech products
• Development experience with Node.js or Python
• Familiarity with AI-powered engineering and testing tools
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
