We are expanding our global team and looking for Automation Specialist to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Automation

Design, build, and maintain automated workflows across Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and similar platforms

Integrate SaaS tools, APIs, databases, and internal systems into cohesive, reliable automation pipelines

Troubleshoot, monitor, and iterate on existing automations to keep them performant and up to date

Document workflows clearly so they can be understood, maintained, and handed off

AI Tool Usage & Integration

Use AI tools (including Claude, Claude Cowork, and others) as a core part of your daily work to get tasks done faster and better

Build AI-augmented automations — incorporating LLMs, AI agents, and AI-assisted steps into workflows where they add value

Stay current on the AI tool landscape and proactively identify new tools or methods worth adopting

Internal AI Enablement

Act as a go-to resource for teammates learning to use AI tools effectively

Run informal training sessions, create how-to guides, and provide hands-on support to help colleagues get more out of AI in their day-to-day work

Gather feedback on where automation or AI could save time across teams and turn that into actionable projects

Collaboration & Operations

Work closely with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams to understand their pain points and translate them into automation solutions

Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously, communicating progress and surfacing blockers early

Maintain a library of reusable automation components and templates

Requirements:

Automation Platforms

Hands-on experience with Make.com, n8n, Zapier or similar platforms

Ability to design multi-step, branching workflows with error handling, retries, and data transformations

Experience working with webhooks, scheduled triggers, and event-driven flows

API & Integration Knowledge

Comfortable reading and working with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and OAuth authentication

Experience connecting SaaS tools (CRMs, project management, comms tools) into unified pipelines

Familiarity with databases (SQL basics, Airtable, Google Sheets as data sources)

AI Tool Proficiency

Practical experience using LLM-based tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of daily workflows

Ability to build AI-augmented automations — calling LLM APIs, parsing outputs, chaining AI steps into pipelines

Understanding of prompt engineering basics sufficient to get reliable structured outputs from AI models

Problem Diagnosis & Process Thinking

Able to interview stakeholders, map current-state processes, and identify automation opportunities

Strong troubleshooting instincts — can diagnose broken workflows from logs and error messages
