As an Environment, Health & Safety Manager (Sites), you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate standards while supporting operational excellence.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead and manage Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across sites, from development to implementation and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health and safety laws, permits, and corporate standards
• Manage key programs such as wastewater, hazardous waste, air emissions, personal protective equipment, and emergency response
• Partner with regulatory agencies and manage reporting, permits, and compliance obligations
• Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• Drive EHS data management, reporting, and performance tracking for regulatory and business needs
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs while promoting employee engagement and ownership in safety initiatives
• Support waste management programs, ensuring proper handling, labeling, and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement and EHS-related capital projects across sites
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4–7 years of EHS experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience working with regulatory agencies and managing permits and reporting processes
• Proven expertise in hazard identification, industrial hygiene, and risk assessment methodologies
• Experience leading incident investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Strong analytical, data management, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver training and influence stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems, with business-level English
  
  

• Advanced degree in Environmental Science or related discipline
• Professional Health & Safety certification
• Hands-on, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills
