Economist / CPA – Back Office Position, Mutli Family Office

A leading Family Office serving high-net-worth individuals and qualified investors is seeking an Economist or CPA to join its professional and high-quality Back Office team.

The role involves responsibility for financial reporting processes, data collection and validation from a variety of financial institutions in Israel and abroad, ongoing controls, and the preparation of client reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and validate financial data received from banks, investment houses, brokers, investment funds, and other financial institutions in Israel and internationally.

• Work extensively with the Snapir system and supporting platforms.

• Perform data quality controls and validation processes.

• Review account balances, perform reconciliations, and identify exceptions in investment accounts.

• Prepare periodic reports for the firm's clients.

• Communicate with financial institutions in Israel and abroad to obtain information and resolve data discrepancies.

• Maintain financial databases and ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of financial information.

• Collaborate with internal teams and support the ongoing activities of the Back Office department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field – required.

• Advanced Excel skills – required.

• High level of English proficiency (reading and writing) – required.

• Previous experience in a similar role within an investment house, family office, bank, insurance company, or other financial institution – a significant advantage.

• Experience working with the Snapir system – a significant advantage.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work with complex financial information.
