Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor cross-organizational projects from planning to implementation
• Lead and coordinate between different business units and departments
• Provide operational and administrative support to project teams
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and present project status to management
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, objectives, and budget constraints

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an organizational project manager (PMO) within a corporate environment
• Relevant academic degree: Industrial Engineering & Management / Human Resources / Political Science
• Proven experience in driving and leading large-scale processes and projects
• Strong ability to engage and motivate employees and stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple interfaces
