Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an IT AI Operations Engineer for a leading organization in the Sharon area.

Join a leading organization and take responsibility for the ongoing operation, monitoring, support, and implementation of AI services in a Production environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate AI services in a Production environment on an ongoing basis.

Monitor performance and availability of AI services.

Manage users and permissions.

Measure performance KPIs and produce operational reports.

Support business users.

Implement self-service AI solutions.

Work closely with Development, DevOps, and Information Security teams.

Ensure alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance procedures.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, Platform Operations, or a similar role.

Experience operating and monitoring Cloud services, with an emphasis on Azure.

Experience working with Dashboards, Logs, and Metrics for troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Grafana.

Experience working with ITSM systems and ticket management tools such as ServiceNow.

Understanding of identity and access management, including Entra ID, RBAC, and Least Privilege.

Ability to build and measure KPIs and produce operational reports.

Ability to work with business users and communicate technical information clearly.

Familiarity with AI and LLM solutions such as Agents, Assistants, RAG, and Copilots.

High-level English proficiency.
