About the Role

Everything we ship is visual in the end - a dashboard, an email, a deck, a website - and right now engineers are designing all of it. We’re hiring our first designer to take that over. You’ll work directly with the founders. There’s no design system yet, no brand book, no process. You’ll create them.

Responsibilities

• Product - Design our platform and client-facing dashboards, from flows to pixels.
• Client deliverables - Email templates and campaign creatives for enterprise brands, in production-ready HTML.
• Brand & commercial - Pitch decks, one-pagers, and the materials we sell with.
• Website - Design and build it yourself, end to end. Framer, Webflow, or code - your call.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showing shipped product design and polished visual/brand work - you’re good at both, not just one.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS. You don’t hand off designs; you can make them real. Experience with HTML email is a plus.
• High ownership and speed. You’re comfortable being the only designer, making calls without a design review board, and shipping weekly.
• Taste. Our clients are large consumer brands - your work needs to hold up in front of them.

Bonus

• Experience with email design systems (MJML or similar)
• Motion/interaction design
• Experience at an early-stage startup or as a solo designer
