Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an AI Product Owner for a high-tech company in Ra'anana.

Join a high-tech company and lead end-to-end internal AI initiatives, transforming AI solutions from experimentation into measurable business value and significant improvement in organizational productivity.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage internal AI initiatives from end to end.

Identify business opportunities and drive AI initiatives through successful Production implementation.

Work with AI Agents, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and advanced AI technologies.

Analyze business processes and lead AI-based transformation.

Work closely with senior management and diverse business units.

Create measurable business value and improve organizational processes.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or technology project management.

At least 1 year of experience leading AI projects.

Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude, Copilot Studio, or similar AI Agents solutions.

Experience leading complex cross-organizational projects and working with senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a relevant field.

Very high level of English proficiency.
