Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Cobol Developer for a financial organization in Central Israel.
Join a core systems environment and take part in developing new features, expanding existing capabilities, and supporting complex, critical systems in a Mainframe environment.
Responsibilities
:Develop new features and expand capabilities in existing core systems
.Work with Cobol, CICS, and advanced technologies in a Mainframe environment
.Perform ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for complex and critical systems
.Work in an Agile methodology while collaborating with various business and technology stakeholders
.
Requirement
s:At least 5 years of experience in Mainframe Cobol developmen
t.Experience and knowledge working with CIC
S.Strong process understanding and ability to gain deep business knowledge in complex system
s.Knowledge of SQ
L.Experience working in an Agile environment and in the financial sector is a significant advantag
