Bayer Pharmaceuticals Company is looking for a Medical Representative to join an exciting opportunity involving the establishment of a new activity within a global pharmaceutical company, centered around the launch of a product in the gastroenterology field.

This is a unique opportunity to take part in building a new therapeutic activity from the ground up, working directly with gastroenterologists and leading meaningful, high-impact professional engagement.

We are looking for a professional who will play a key role in shaping the field activity, building a strong professional presence, and driving impactful collaboration with leading physicians.

This role offers a high level of autonomy and real influence — providing the opportunity to be involved from day one, establish field presence, and contribute to the successful launch and adoption of a new product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing engagement with gastroenterologists across the Central region
• Building field activity and establishing a strong professional presence
• Developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Leading the launch and implementation of a new product

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative
• Prior experience in gastroenterology – an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Paramedical Studies / Nutrition
• Ability to work independently and lead processes proactively
