Warehouse Supervisor- Accra/ Kumasi

What You Become a Part Of:

As a Warehouse Officer at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will lead and oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring that all processes run smoothly to support business operations.

Key Deliverables

• :Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching inventory
• .Oversee the receiving of incoming stock and ensure accurate verification against delivery documentation
• .Ensure inspection of goods for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues and report accordingly
• .Allocate tasks and monitor performance of warehouse assistants and other staff
• .Maintain proper storage of products, ensuring organization, safety, and compliance with company standards
• .Ensure accurate and timely order picking and packing in line with customer or internal requirements
• .Conduct and supervise regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations
• .Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• .Enforce warehouse health and safety standards and ensure compliance at all times
• .Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of warehouse premises
• .Supervise loading and unloading of trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles
• .Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments for smooth operations
• .Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff to improve efficiency and performance
• .Prepare and submit operational reports to management
• .Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
• .Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skill

• s:HND/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferre
• d.Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory rol
• e.Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse procedure
