Comblack is hiring a Chapter Lead Back End!

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong hands-on backend expertise, deep understanding of complex and mission-critical systems, and the ability to lead professional standards across .NET development teams.

In this role, you will provide technical leadership, guide developers, lead code reviews and best practices, support design decisions, and take part in maintaining, upgrading, and stabilizing large-scale legacy systems. You will also influence the organization’s technology roadmap and help integrate AI capabilities into development processes.

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in WebForms / ASP.NET / .NET Core development — must
• Strong experience maintaining, upgrading, and stabilizing large and critical legacy systems
• High proficiency in C#, SQL Server, complex queries, and performance optimization
• Experience providing professional leadership to developers in an Agile environment, including code reviews, best practices, and design
• Ability to influence technology directions and integrate AI capabilities into development workflows
