Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate development requirements with information systems teams.

Translate business needs into clear and structured specifications.

Manage end-to-end data controls.

Work with SAP, CRM, Power BI, ERP, and advanced Excel.

Analyze exceptions and support data cleansing processes.

Perform QA testing.

Manage short- and medium-term projects.

Implement standards and work procedures in the data domain.

Requirements:

Experience leading processes, data controls, or QA activities while working with information systems.

Relevant academic degree, with an advantage for Industrial Engineering and Management.

Experience working with SAP, CRM, Power BI, or ERP is an advantage.

Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills combined with a broad system-level perspective.
