Join an organization and lead business and technology projects on the Salesforce platform, from requirements definition through implementation and user adoption.

Responsibilities:

Lead business and technology projects on the Salesforce platform.

Manage projects from the characterization stage through implementation and deployment.

Work closely with business and technology stakeholders across the organization.

Manage work plans, requirements, and budgets.

Coordinate between multiple interfaces.

Lead cross-organizational processes.

Manage vendors and development teams.

Track project performance and progress.

Support testing processes and user training.

Ensure delivery according to project goals and timelines.

Requirements:

Over 2 years of experience managing IT and technology projects.

At least 2 years of experience managing CRM or ERP projects.

Proven experience managing projects in a Salesforce environment is a significant advantage.

Experience managing vendors and working with multiple stakeholders.

Experience writing initiation documents, requirements documents, and functional specifications.

Full proficiency in Office applications and strong presentation skills.
