Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Communication and Information Security Specialist for a leading organization in Yehud.

Join a leading organization and take part in the implementation, maintenance, operation, and support of cross-organizational communication and information security projects.

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain cross-organizational projects in the fields of communication and information security.

Take responsibility for systems, monitoring and control, troubleshooting, and maintenance of communication and information security products.

Upgrade and operate all existing security and communication systems on an ongoing basis.

Enforce information security policies, including approvals and permissions for employees in ongoing matters.

Work in a role divided approximately 70% communication and 30% information security.

Support project and weapon systems environments.

Perform office-based work that includes field activity, with possible flights abroad.

Requirements:

Information security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISO, and communication courses such as CCNA or CCNP are a significant advantage.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with information security and communication systems in Enterprise or mid-size organizations is required.

At least 2 years of experience implementing and maintaining information security products such as CHECKPOINT and FORTINET is required.

Knowledge and familiarity with communication and information security areas such as IPS, SSL, NAC, NMS, and VPN implementation is required.

Knowledge of planning and implementing L2 and L3 communication networks is required.

Strong familiarity with Cisco equipment, with an advantage for familiarity with Juniper switches.
