Account Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring: Account Manager – Defense Division

A leading telecommunications company is looking for an Account Manager to join its Defense Division in a key role managing strategic clients and leading complex projects.

🔹 Role Overview

• Manage long-term relationships with strategic clients in the defense sector
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and government entities בארץ ובעולם (locally and globally)
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (Technology, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success)
• Understand client needs and design tailored, end-to-end solutions
• Lead projects from requirements definition through implementation
• Manage the full engagement lifecycle, including commercial and budget aspects
• Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting and account management
• Oversee reporting, status updates, and real-time issue resolution
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technology teams

🔹 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role – must
• Background in the defense sector / technologies / industry – significant advantage
• Experience working with senior clients and government bodies
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proven ability to understand complex needs and deliver effective solutions
• Excellent coordination, management, and process leadership skills
• Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading) – must
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, etc.) – advantage

🔹 Position Details

• Full-time, office-based role in Petah Tikva
• Sunday–Thursday | 08:00–17:00
• Flexibility in working hours required
• Availability for evening, night, and weekend work during emergencies (due to work with defense entities)
