Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an IT Inventory, Procurement and Equipment Coordinator for a government organization in the Shfela area.

Join a government organization and take responsibility for managing IT equipment inventory, procurement processes, supplier coordination, and logistics operations in a dynamic technology environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and operate the IT equipment warehouse.

Receive equipment, manage inventory, issue equipment, handle asset disposal, and perform ongoing control of technology equipment.

Execute end-to-end procurement processes.

Work with suppliers and internal organizational stakeholders.

Track orders and deliveries.

Support the logistics operations of the IT division.

Work in a dynamic technology environment while managing multiple interfaces.

Provide service to organizational units.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, and logistics in at least one large organization.

At least 1 year of proven experience operating an IT equipment warehouse, including computers, monitors, printers, servers, communication equipment, information security equipment, and more.

Proven familiarity with SAP.

A valid driver’s license is required.
