Team Lead for Digital Project Managers and Digital System Managers | Tel Aviv

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Team Lead for Digital Project Managers and Digital System Managers for a medical organization in Tel Aviv.

Join a medical organization and lead a professional, managerial, and technological team within the Digital department, driving complex cross-organizational technology projects and digital systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and System Managers in the Digital department.

Provide managerial, professional, and technological leadership.

Lead complex cross-organizational technology projects.

Manage work plans, Delivery processes, Production releases, and system operations.

Work with Digital, Web, Mobile, Agile, ADO, Monday, and AI tools.

Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Information Security, Architecture, Integration, QA teams, and external vendors.

Requirements:

At least 6 years of experience in technology project management.

At least 2 years of experience managing a team of Project Managers and/or System Managers.

Experience leading Digital projects and strong familiarity with Web and Mobile environments.

Experience managing complex infrastructure and technology projects involving Infrastructure, Integration, Information Security, and Architecture teams.

Experience working in Agile methodology and with management tools such as ADO and Monday.
